Flat area for your RV
Creating Memories of Lifetime
Exactly what I was looking for! The property literally reminded me of my former property on the Cumberland River in Lebanon, TN. We were able to be level without being on the levelers, even though we were on sand. The RV sites are steps from the river front. Dale and Mona are phenom hosts. Dale made his rounds throughout the day to check in with all guests. We were also able to connect with them and other guests personally while on the deck at the private beach during sunset. The property provides a private experience to the King’s River, even if full at 20 guests; compare that to the larger surrounding campgrounds.
Our dogs, a Great Pyr and a French Bulldog, loved the water, as did we! Plenty of tadpoles and minnows to admire. The shaded, private beach with panoramic views and water reflecting views provides incomparable experience at the larger campgrounds.
The shared bathroom/showeroom/laundry room was invaluable. We didn’t use the laundry services as our neighbors but did enjoy the shower and restroom without having to fill our own tanks in the motorhome; for those that know - know. Our site didn’t have direct access to the dump but Dale got us access on our last day. This is a tent campers paradise: outdoor sinks, BBQs, showers and totally shaded sites. The evenings is a seranade by the tree frogs - magical; also a buffet by mosquitos so bring big spray! A large communal fire pit and meat cook pit is provided; free fire wood. I WILL be back. Tranquil and peaceful place
This was our first time using Hipcamp and we just had an amazing time. My goal is to get my son out of the house this summer during his summer break and focus on being out in nature, and this was a great start. I was very happy that there was air conditioning my goodness I didn’t think that there was gonna be, but they had fabulous air conditioning! Everything was perfect and we were able to go to a store that was very close by to get anything that we needed. Additionally, a couple miles away. There was a berry farm where I took my son to pick berries and of course we had the lovely river on the property. The host were very helpful and I even got to get a tour to look at all the other rentals and I have to say they’re all just perfect for someone looking to get out and do some stays during the year on a remote tranquil property next to water. We will definitely be back!!

Memorial Day weekend peacefulness
Memorial Day weekend relaxation! Very peaceful place, waterfront tent spot, lots of shade and felt very welcomed by hosts! Our dogs enjoyed playing in the water and we took advantage of the on site kayaks which were the cherry on top!

Flat area for your RV
After a long hot drive I was thrilled to arrive at this beautiful spot right along the river. The pictures don’t do it justice and there are thoughtful touches throughout the space. Dale and Mona are excellent hosts and were so kind to me. I would highly recommend this spot and hosts. My favorite spot on my roadtrip from Oregon to California. Thank you!
